I can help with the painting jobs at homes, apartments, offices, and more. For many years I worked on retouching or repainting only as needed for properties in the rental business. Plumbing - Rooter
Leaks, Clogs, installations, & replacements.
I worked at Rooter On Demand years back before my painting and maintenance job. I became a technician at the company. Drove to caller's homes and resolved any leaks, clogs, or installation needs. Replacement, Installation, Wiring 120-220 volts.
I am so sorry to say that I'm not an electrician. However, I have enough experience in the field to be able to troubleshoot problem, replace broken ceiling fans, and lights.
